The SW High Meadow Avenue (CR-713) & SW Sunset Trail Intersection Improvements project will include roadway construction of a single lane roundabout, minor widening on SW Sunset Trail, various drainage, and sidewalk improvements. The complete project scope includes excavation, embankment, milling of existing asphalt, base, stabilization, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk and curb, performance turf, stormwater structure placement, pavement marking and signage, and utility adjustments. The scope of work includes erosion control, temporary traffic control (MOT), and other incidental work as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. SW High Meadow Avenue construction will occur within the 100-foot right-of-way and 6-foot sidewalk easement to the west. SW Sunset Trail will remain a two-lane road with construction occurring within the 60-foot right-of-way. Minor widening and resurfacing to existing pavement joint west of SW Seaboard Avenue.
