LADBS is seeking a vendor that will provide building project management services in overseeing tenant improvements made to Figueroa Plaza. The LADBS Metro staff is currently stationed at 201 and 221 N. Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012, or Figueroa Plaza. The building is comprised of two high-rise towers that also houses other City departments such as the Department of City Planning, Department of Transportation, Department of Water and Power, Bureau of Engineering, and many more. In addition to the City departments stationed here, Figueroa Plaza also has offices that are occupied by private entities. The main services provided at this location are plan-check services. LADBS customers are comprised of professional developers as well as members of the general public. It is very common for customers to consult multiple City departments in one visit via a streamlined public counter. Therefore, it is important that any tenant improvement done to Figueroa Plaza does not disrupt the flow of customers for any City department. It is also imperative that tenant improvement does not disrupt the business of our private tenants. Once selected, the Contractor will oversee the providing of design, construction, furniture, architectural, engineering, moving, and other services as necessary to be engaged by Contractor (the "Work") for designated projects. These services shall be provided by either the Contractor or Subcontractors. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
