licensed Contractors to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct all improvement elements at the North Jensen Water Treatment Plant. Work includes demolition of the existing 11,000-gallon hydropneumatic storage tank, complete, construction of a new plant service water flow meter, site piping improvements, and restoration of the site conditions as shown in the construction drawings and described within the technical specifications. The project encompasses the replacement of existing motors on High Service Pumps #1 and #2 with new, inverter duty rated Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) motors and the replacement of soft starters with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Additionally, work includes the installation of new wiring and conduit from the proposed VFDs to the WTP Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Bid Bond Yes
