Plumbing service and items shall include, but are not limited to the following: Repair, replace, and install in-kind plumbing piping, fixtures, and equipment that may include: water heaters, modular boilers, faucets, shower and tub fixtures, floor and wall mount toilets, gate, valves, pumps, sewer lines (collapse, breaks, and leaks), domestic water lines (collapse, breaks, and leaks), irrigation lines (collapse, breaks, and leaks) and installation of new plumbing systems. The facility water pipes vary from 1inch to 8inch. Provide saw cut 2' x 15' in sidewalk. Provide hydro excavate and excavate approx. 180' from exterior of building to near edge of parking lot. Provide pea gravel to packed to grade with proper slope to allow proper drainage to main sewer line. Provide tie onto existing sewer line of exterior of building and run approx. 180' of sch 40 pvc and tie onto existing sewer line near edge of parking lot. Provide appropriate clean outs. Provide city permit and inspection. Provide back fill to grade. Provide concrete pour back. SERVICE LOCATION: Big Spring State Hospital campus, 1901 N. Hwy 87, Big Spring, TX 79720 The Contractor plumbers shall be licensed by the State of Texas in accordance with Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE). The Contractor shall have a minimum of three (3) years of continuous experience prior to this solicitation performing commercial plumbing maintenance and/or repair as a prime provider.
