The Crittenden County Judicial Center project (the project) is a Kentucky Judicial Branch Capital Construction Project for construction of a court facility in Marion, Kentucky. The Owner is a local unit of government which is responsible for providing court space to the Kentucky Judicial Branch pursuant to KRS 26A.100. The Owner has issued or will issue Bonds to finance the Project, will enter into a contract with the selected construction services provider, and will execute the Project through a Project Development Board which is comprised of representatives of the Kentucky Judicial Branch and the Owner. The Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is charged with overseeing the design, financing and construction of court facilities in Kentucky, and developing contracts for use in Kentucky Judicial Branch Capital Construction Projects. The AOC has developed Project Program Documents for the Project. Per KRS 26A.160, the Chief Justice of Kentucky has established rules of procedure relating to the construction of court facilities. These procedures and program guidelines may be found in the Court of Justice Rules of Administrative Procedure (AP) Part X. ALL communication attempts by the bidder, questions or requests for explanation concerning the meaning or interpretation of the instructions, specifications, etc., shall be submitted in writing via email on or before July 30, 2024.
