Various projects at Roosevelt Park. 1. Construction of new Public Restrooms Building. 2. Construction of a new MCE Maintenance Building. TIME OF COMPLETION AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES A. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. 1. Substantial Completion for the various projects shall be as noted below: a. Public Restrooms Building: August 29, 2025. b. MCE Maintenance Building: May 30, 2025 2. Liquidated damages: a. Public Restrooms Building: 1) $500 per calendar day for any work not completed by the end of the day August 29, 2025. b. MCE Maintenance Building: 1) $500 per calendar day for any work not completed by the end of the day May 30, 2025. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. NOTIFICATION A. This Advertisement for Bids document is issued by Souris River Joint Board.
