Renovation of an educational facility in New Paltz, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of August 15, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. A Bid Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority and women-owned business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.C1613 The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids It is the policy of the State of New York to encourage the use of New York State contractors and suppliers, and to promote the participation of minority and women-owned businesses where possible, in the procurement of goods and services. Information concerning the availability of New York State Business subcontractors and suppliers is available from the New York State Department of Economic Development, which shall also include the Directory of Certified Minority and Women-owned businesses. In the event you do not wish to submit a bid, please provide a written explanation for such determination so that the College can maintain current files. Failure to respond to three (3) successive solicitations will result in your company being removed from our supplier database. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations have been issued by the Department of Economic Development, Division of Minority and Women's Business Development (DMWBD) under the authority of Article 15-a of the Executive Law. All prospective contractors are hereby made aware of said regulations by inclusion of Exhibit A-1, attached hereto.
