Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Uniontown, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bonds Must Be Executed on the Forms Provided in the Bidding and Contract Documents. Standard Bonding Documents Will Not Be Acceptable. This Project Consists of the Removal and Replacement of Approximately 1,504.20 Sf of Concrete Walk Throughout the City of Green. This Project Also Includes Grinding 50 Stumps. The Base Bid Engineer's Estimate for the Project is: $61,092.40 Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, in Accordance With Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each Bidder Shall Submit Either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the Amount of 100%, or a Certified Check in the Amount of 10% of the Proposal, Made Payable to the City of Green. Green Council Reserves the Right to Accept and/or Reject Any or All Bids. The Bid Guaranty Must Be Submitted Electronically on at online.
