Site work and paving for a road / highway in Uniontown, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This milling and resurfacing project consists of a bid made up of 2.37 miles of pavement planning on streets within the City of Green. Included in this project is driveway apron replacement, curb ramp replacement and some roadway related drainage work. Additionally, there are eight (8) possible add alternates which may be awarded. There is no scheduled pre-bid meeting for this project. All questions shall be directed to: Paul Pickett, P.E. City Engineer City Administration Building 1755 Town Park Blvd PO Box 278 Green, OH 44232-0278 (330) 896-5510 The base bid Engineer's Estimate for the project is: $813,000.00 Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each bidder shall submit either a Bid Guaranty bond in the amount of 100%, OR a certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the CITY OF GREEN. Green Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids.
