The City of Green is requesting qualification submittals from engineering firms/consultants to provide municipal engineering services for the review of commercial, industrial, and multi-family site plans, and review and inspection services for subdivisions in compliance with the City's Land Development Code. Engineering services will be contracted for a three-year period. Statements of Qualifications should include: 1. Information regarding the firm's history and experience with projects similar to those noted above. 2. Experience and references as municipal engineers acting on behalf of a City. 3. The proposed key personnel to assist the City, as well as their experience and background in municipal engineering. 4. Size and availability of other key staff. (Inspection Services) 5. Location of offices and services from that office (i.e., survey, construction, inspections, etc.) 6. Please list sub-consultants as appropriate. 7. Ability to review, recommend and analyze stormwater management and stormwater quality improvements is required. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
