Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Uniontown, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a 1,652-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 1,652.30 SF of concrete walk throughout the City of Green. The project also includes the grinding of approximately 61 tree stumps. Each bidder shall submit either a Bid Guaranty bond in the amount of 100%, OR a certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the CITY OF GREEN. Green Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids Interpretations: All questions about the meaning or intent of any ambiguity, or inconsistency, discrepancy, omission or error in the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer on Bid Express Q and A feature. Replies will be issued by Addenda, and all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents will be notified. Questions will be received until the date for opening of Bids. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
