Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Uniontown, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of July 09th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June 24th or July 22nd 2025.** The project consists of the replacement of approximately 1542 SY of concrete roadway slabs and installation of 2 ADA ramps throughout the city. Each bidder shall submit either a Bid Guaranty bond in the amount of 100%, OR a certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the CITY OF GREEN. Bid guaranty bonds or checks may be forwarded by registered mail in a sealed envelope labeled with the Project Name and "Bid Guaranty Enclosed", addressed to the City of Green, Attention Finance Director (Bid Guaranty Enclosed), P.O. Box 278, Green, Ohio 44232-0278: or hand-carried and deposited at the Office of the Finance Director, City Administration Building, 1755 Town Park Blvd., Uniontown, Ohio 44865. Bonds must be executed on the forms provided in the bidding and contract documents. Standard bonding documents will not be acceptable. Green Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids.
