Renovation of a municipal facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of February 11, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The City of Eau Claire is requesting design services to assist with the specifications, design, and contract administration for several building capital improvement projects for the Central Maintenance Facility complex at 910 Forest Street in Eau Claire, WI. There are several projects to be developed independently, but in coordination with City budget and scheduling. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Please contact the City Purchasing Office for questions or additional information.
