The CITY is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, permitting, maintenance of traffic, safety measures and all other necessary incidentals for continuing services for the vacuum cleaning/jetting and inspection of, and emergency response to, CITY owned stormwater infrastructure system. The CITY infrastructure requiring maintenance services include, but is not limited to, stormwater catch basins, inlets, manholes, pipes, outfalls, and pollution control devices. PROPOSERS shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience from the date that this RFP is issued, in providing vacuum cleaning and jetting services for stormwater and wastewater infrastructure for government agencies with infrastructure similar in scope, size and complexity as those owned and managed by the CITY. The City of Aventura reserves the right to request clarification of information submitted and to request additional information. The City also reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or parts of proposals with or without cause, to workshop or negotiate any and all proposals, to waive any or all irregularities and to request re-proposals on the required materials or services. Any questions concerning this Notice to Proposers shall be submitted in writing to the CITY at pwbids@cityofaventura.com with "RFP 2024-7-1, Stormwater System Maintenance Services" in the subject line. . It is solely the CONTRACTOR's responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received in by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The CITY will not consider responses received by any other means. The official time for electronic submittals is the server. All parties will, without reservation accept the official time. Any bid may be rejected for noncompliance to requirements after a full review by the CITY. The sealed submittals will be publicly opened at the City of Aventura, CITY Hall after the Proposal Submittal Deadline. Award of a proposal will be made at a CITY Commission meeting.
