The scope of this project is for the acquisition of replacement belts used in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems for Weld County buildings. 1. Belts are ordered on an as needed basis for the Weld County buildings. 2. Belts are to be delivered to Facilities Building located at 1105 H Street, Greeley, CO. Deliveries must be made during business hours of Monday through Friday from 7 AM until 5 PM. 3. It is anticipated that belts will be requested for order through the week by a County designated contact. However, the responding consumable supply contractor should only make one delivery per week to the Facilities location. 4. Due to configuration needs and timeliness for maintenance response, this is an ALL-OR-NONE bid. Which means product will not be split between vendors. 7. Any delivery costs associated with sending these items to the Facilities building located at 1105 H Street, must be included in the price you identify in each item. 5. There will not be a pre-bid meeting. 8. The following tables list the required belts. Bidders must provide pricing for the belts with at total. 9. All Belts must be Bestorq X5 for 3VX, 5VX, AX, BX, CX and 4L170 and up. 10. All 4L160 and smaller, 3L and A belts will be Bestorq X3. Weld County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, to award the bid to multiple vendors, and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners, is to the best interests of Weld County.
