This request seeks to identify the qualifications of the Supplier and cost proposal submitted that are in the best interests of the Owner. The Proposals submitted will be evaluated utilizing the Selection Guidelines outlined in this Request for Proposals. The Owner is seeking a cost-effective and highly qualified partner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
