The selected contractor will install a total of up to eight (8) accessible entries at five (5) different facilities: 1.1. Allison-Jukebox Community Center - two entries 1.2. Banneker Community Center - one entry 1.3. Cascades Golf Course - one entry 1.4. Frank Southern Ice Arena - two entries 1.5. Twin Lakes Recreation Center - two entries 2. The selected contractor may decide to use the existing doors or install new doors to complete the project and must provide a warranty: 1-year parts and labor (minimum) 3.
