Life Safety Repairs for Fort Harrison Regional Office All questions must be submitted by July 19th, 2024 at 2:00PM EST. -Contractor shall provide all manpower, tools, equipment, and material to repair/replace leaking sprinkler line pipes replace fire control panel and repair/replace leaking roof as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW)attached. - Construction shall be in accordance with OSHA, Federal, State, and Local codes and/or requirements - Construction Wage Determination for Lewis and Clark County Montana is applicable. -This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) capable of meeting the requirements set forth in this solicitation. -This requirement is a Total SDVOSB set-aside in accordance with Public Law 109-461, Veterans First Program. Only quotes from SDVOSB concerns that are registered and verified by Veteran Small Business Certification website at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov shall be considered for award. Quotes from contractors that are not registered/ certified SDVOSB concerns shall be rejected and not considered for award. Construction Range of Magnitude (FAR 36.204) is estimated to be between $100,000.00 to $250,000.00 -Bid Bond and Payment Bond are required for this project. -Certificate of Insurance indicating the contractor possesses the required general liability and workman's compensation nsurance is required. The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of insurance at the time of quote submission. -The site visits will be conducted for individual vendors upon request.
