The Housing Authority of the City of College Park, Georgia is seeking well-qualified general contractors that are experienced in rehabilitation apartment dwelling units, interior and exterior. The tenant dwelling unit rehabilitation may include kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, drywall, painting, cabinetry, masonry, and other related improvements. Also, this RFP will cover any exterior and site improvements necessary so that the Authority can pass HUD Nspire inspections while providing a good quality unit and property site. Finally, the work may also include improvements to the Authority's central office building (primarily site and exterior) located at 2000 Princeton Ave, College Park, GA 30337.
