Firms Must Have Experience Completing Plans in Accordance With the Us Dot Safe Systems Approach, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (Aashto) Requirements, Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (Mutcd), Americans With Disabilities Act (Ada) Requirements, and Local and State Requirements for Infrastructure Improvements. All Contracts Must Be Strictly Awarded in Accordance With the Requirements of the Rfq.
