Bannock County is requesting sealed bids to construct a fairground's exhibit hall steel structure. Question Deadline 09/24/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Deadline to Receive Questions: This Solicitation is issued by the Bannock County Commissioners. The ITB Lead is the only contact for this Solicitation. All correspondence must be in writing. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this ITB, addenda will be communicated to all respondents by addendum on Bannock County's eProcurement Portal at https://bannockcounty.bonfirehub.com/portal/tab=openOpportunities Questions or other correspondence must be submitted in writing to the ITB Lead Contractor shall provide, erect, and install the following: 1. Provide structural engineering by an Idaho licensed engineer 2. Erect a steel pre-engineered building including footing, foundation, concrete floor and apron 3. Provide rough wall openings and penetrations 4. Provide insulation package as required by current energy codes (IECC) 5. Sleeves and/or block-outs in foundation walls for utilities. Locations to be field verified and coordinated with Owner's Agent 6. Standard exterior roof and two-tone wall panels 7. Provide fascia, soffits, and gutters 8. Doors, windows, and hardware by owner 9. Civil engineering, permit, and utilities by owner
