As of November 7, 2024, 2024, project was awarded to Headwaters Construction Company but awarded amount is not available. Bannock County is requesting sealed proposals to hire a General Contractor to construct a new building to house the Youth Development Center and Event Center operations. Deadline for Contractors to Submit Questions: October 14 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time Questions or other correspondence must be submitted in writing to the RFP Lead electronically through the Opportunity Q&A on this Solicitation. Bannock County, hereinafter referred to as the "County" is requesting sealed proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships or corporations to establish a contract with a General Contractor having specific experience in commercial construction. This project will include demolition, grading, paving, and erecting a new structure located at the Bannock County Event Center, 10588 Fairgrounds Drive, Pocatello, Idaho.
