The Authority reserves the right to reject any bid for failure to provide any information requested or to indicate Not Applicable Particular note is to be taken also of those provisions affecting the Contractor or its employees in the execution of the Work or its relation to any political subdivision or person, together with the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq., the Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq., and the Public Work Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq., and all regulations promulgated in relation thereto. The intent of this contract is to receive Bids for furnishing and delivery of various replacement parts, for the Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority’s, Seepex type BTES 35-24 / B2-B3-L8-F0-A-X, X=06T, 0804, 163, 17T, 22D pumps located within the Dryer Facility at the Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority’s Treatment Plant at 1050 East Hazelwood Avenue, Rahway, NJ. Parts furnished under this contract shall be Seepex OEM replacement parts, equal to or better than When required by the Bid Document (see: Bidder’s Checklist), bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond drawn to the order of the Authority, for no less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000), except as otherwise provided by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21.
