Contract Janitorial Services The Rincon Band of Luise o Indians (Owner) hereby invites your firm (Proposer) to submit a Proposal to the Owner for contract Janitorial Services at Government facilities. Services will be rendered on the Rincon Indian Reservation in Valley Center, California. The successful Proposer must be able to meet all licensing, insurance and bonding requirements set forth in the RFP. Preference in the award of this contract shall be given to Indian and Alaskan Native organization and economic enterprises. The Owner may give preference to a 51 percent Indian-owned economic enterprise so long as the bid by this enterprise does not exceed the lowest bid submitted by more than five percent. Proposals shall be valid and may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days from the date specified for the receipt of Proposals. Any questions or request for a copy of the RFP should be directed to Rincon Housing, Facilities & Land Use Department at 760-297-2330 or cernst@rincon-nsn.gov. The Band reserve the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals.
