The location of the work area is on the roof of the Administration building and the lift area is constantly exposed to customer/employee foot traffic and METRO vehicles. The Contractor shall provide a safe working condition throughout the construction process to ensure that no accidents shall occur. Contractor shall provide a properly controlled safety zone with at least two (2) flaggers, barrels, and caution tape around the work area during lifting operations. Contractor shall comply with all METRO and OSHA safety requirements and shall be fully responsible for all accidents or damage caused because of the work. 3a.
