Reference Number: 0000357345 Liquid Sodium Bisulfite Qualified respondents that can deliver Liquid Sodium Bisulfite Solution to our WPCF located at 455 Tonawanda Creek Road, Amherst NY 14228. Our intent is to utilize this contract as a primary method of obtaining liquid sodium bisulfIte solution. Bid Bond (Formal Bid) 5% Question Deadline: 08/03/2024 , All questions about the meaning or intent of the specifications must be submitted via email to zkittleman@amherst.ny.us and khalton@amherst.ny.us Replies will be issued by Addenda and emailed to all parties recorded as having received the proposal documents. Questions received within 5 days of the bid opening will not be responded to. The Town of Amherst will be awarding either a 6-month, 12-month, or 24-month contract, depending on pricing. Award will be made at the sole discretion of the Town. This contract may be extended for not more than two successive periods of equal length at the same bid price upon the mutual agreement of the successful respondent and the Town of Amherst Insurance is required as per the attached Addendum. Please note that if you are shipping via third party, you should advise us via e-mail and NYS Workers Compensation and Disability will not be required.
