Renovation of a fire / police facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
SCOPE INCLUDES: selective demo; misc rough carpentry; masonry; Steel, sheathing; sheet metal flashing & trim; joint sealants; overhead doors; wood windows; exterior painting WAGE = prevailing wage TAX = tax exempt SCHEDULE = 90 days All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents or the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ARCHITECT in writing. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by ARCHITECT at least ten working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. Any interpretations of questions so raised, which in the opinion of ARCHITECT require interpretations will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to holders of record documents for receipt not later than three days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. The ARCHITECT and OWNER will not be responsible for oral interpretations or clarifications which anyone presumes to make on their behalf. The project consists of furnishing labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform the replacement of an asphalt shingle roof on the existing DPW building located at 40 S Long Street
