The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Buffalo Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Inspection & Testing of Switchgear & Ancillary Equipment, located at the Buffalo Psychiatric Center, 400 Forest Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14213. Location: Buffalo Psychiatric Center - 400 Forest Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14213 The Program Work Plan with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Wednesday, August 21, 2024, by 3:00pm EST per the instructions in the IFB.
