Reference Number: 0000357330 complex at 2045 Route 112 in Coram. The complex is comprised of five buildings of two distinct designs. Each building was originally constructed with a gable style roof comprised of piggyback truss systems of varying spans. The roofs are sheathed with plywood and architectural shingles. The roofing systems shall be understood to include all the interior and exterior components of each roof. The truss systems in these roofs have demonstrated movement and minor failures over the years and have previously been remediated in order to correct these problems. This investigation is now being conducted after additional movement has been observed.
