Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coram, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
Nysdot Region - 10 This project proposes to add a left turn lane on the southbound Coram Mount Sinal Road at the intersection of NY25 (Middle Country Road) in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County. The work includes shifting of the curb line on the west side of southbound Coram Mount Sinai Road by approximately 12 feet, new striping for the southbound Right Turn, Through and Left Turn lanes, constructing new sidewalk, readjusting crosswalks, and rebuilding/readjusting the signal. This project also proposes to add a through lane on the eastbound direction of NY25 at this intersection, which involves widening of NY25 and restriping. County : Suffolk As of October 15,2025,the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated letting Year is 2031 NYDOT - NY25 Intersection Improvement at Coram/Mt. Sinai Rd *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP). A STIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the STIP often evolves based on funding availability.
