The Eanes Independent School District (EISD or District) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for general construction services of a General Contractor for the renovation of its Central Administration Building, located at 401 Camp Craft Road, Austin, TX 78746. The scope of work involves comprehensive renovations as outlined in the provided plans and specifications. This project will include interior and exterior upgrades, systems improvements, and necessary modifications to ensure the facility meets the current operational needs of the District. The selected contractor will be responsible for executing all work in compliance with the specifications detailed in Attachment E and in accordance with Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code. All proposals will be evaluated based on criteria including pricing, experience, technical competence, safety record, personnel, and quality assurance. The District will determine the best value based on published selection criteria, including factors beyond price.
