The renovation involves office space on the Basement floor of 655 1st Ave., North Fargo, ND 58102 The project encompasses creating a fiber connect from the USMS 1st floor IT closet Main Distribution Frame (MDF) network equipment rack to the Basement new Warrants office space and establishing an Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF). GSA has provided conduit connecting the 1st floor IT closet (MDF) to the Basement office space (IDF) to be utilized for the fiber connection between the floors. The Data Cable contractor will provide the Basement floor IDF with a 12RU swing frame wall mounted and grounded network rack. The IDF shall have 3 - 1RU 12 port patch panels, 1 - 8 outlet horizontal 1RU rack mounted RDU power strip.
