Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a 100,000-square-foot educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of August 27, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. McGough Construction, acting as Construction Manager at Risk, is soliciting FINAL BID pricing for the NDSU Richard Offerdahl Engineering Complex Building 167 Bid Package #2 located at 1401 Centennial Blvd, Fargo, ND 58105. This is an approximately 100,000 SF addition and renovation of existing facilities for the engineering and construction management departments on the NDSU campus. Bid package #2 includes all CIP concrete foundations, architectural precast, structural precast, structural steel, waterproofing, elevators and additional enabling work as required to facilitate these activities. There has been an Addendum notice and these additional documents were also updated: Invitation to Bid Bid Form Safety Standards Bid Package's: 12, 13, 14, & 15
