Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hayward, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; and transportation facility.
The City of Hayward is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor who is specially trained, experienced, and competent to perform a retrofit to the City's Airport sewer lift station located at 20355 Sky west Dr to submersible pumps services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Quote (RFQ). The scope of work will be to retrofit the City's Airport sewer lift station located at 20355 Skywest Dr to submersible pumps. Quotes should include two submersible pumps with equal or greater pumping efficiency/ability than what the City currently has. Quotes should include labor as well as level sensor, any piping, valves, fittings, and miscellaneous parts to complete the connections. Likewise, the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or to alter the selection process in any way, to postpone the selection process for its own convenience at any time, and to waive any informality in the proposals.
