Install new framing members where needed to ensure the stability of the deck and ramp. Install new 5/4 pressure-treated decking. Remove the existing railing top and replace it with new PT 2x6. Remove inner side rails and replace with new pressure-treated 2x6. Remove bench and replace with new frame and new 5/4 decking for seating. Install new white PVC 1x8 trim boards on the outside of deck. Replace the existing lattice with new white PVC lattice all the way around. Replace deck boards and risers on the front stairs.
