This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," and FAR Part 15.101-1 Best Value / Trade off source selection process and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 22 May 2024. The FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division is seeking a contract for services associated with the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the Acuity Brands Lighting nLight and Fresco lighting control systems. This contract will be for a base period of performance (12 months) and four (12 month) option periods and will be a hybrid contract of Fixed Priced, Fixed Price/Level of Effort and Cost Reimburables.
