The NHCC reserves the right to extend the Blanket Order up to an additional two (2) months beyond the stated termination date. To pay for all permits, licenses and fees and give all notices and comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of the city, village or town in which the installation is to be made, and of the County of Nassau and the State of New York Any Purchase or Blanket Order awarded as a result of this bid is subject to the provisions of the New York State Labor Law and the Contractor will be required to pay the prevailing wage rate as published by the New York State Department of Labor. An updated New York State Schedule of Prevailing Hourly Wage Rates for this contract has been applied for and should be attached. If the updated schedule has not been received at the time of this bid, they will be attached and made part of this bid prior to the execution of a contract.
