Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lagrange, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a 25,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of the following major elements: pre-construction consultation and construction of a new 44-acre park at Ridley Lake which includes: an extension of The Thread (12' wide multiuse paved trail) through the park and around the 15-acre lake, pavilions, +/-25,000 sf playground space, fishing docks, kayak launch station, parking, wildlife amphitheater, restrooms, sidewalks, exercise areas, septic system, dam remediation/construction, associated site grading and landscaping/plantings. The Owner will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any Proposer in the preparation of its Proposal in response to this Request for Proposal. The successful Proposer will not be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds for PreConstruction Services Contract. Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract amount at the time of GMP Contract Agreement for Construction execution. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Proposals, to waive irregularities and informalities. Any Proposer that contacts any of the Owner's elected officials or staff, or the Owner's consultants, Barge Design Solutions, Inc. (except as allowed under Article 2.03 of the Request for Proposal) directly or indirectly after the date of issue of this invitation for the purpose of influencing the selection process prior to award shall be immediately disqualified and removed from consideration.
