Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/18 03:00:00 PM NDT Garbage Removal .1 Work consists of garbage collection and removal from the following addresses noted in Schedule "C" - Description of Services.: Atlantic Crescent: BLDGs 26 & 27 Atlantic Cres (20 Units) 15-25 Atlantic Cres (6 Units) 27-37 Atlantic Cres (6 Units) 39-57 Atlantic Cres (10 Units) Smallwood Crescent: 1-11 Smallwood Cres (6 Units) 13-25 Smallwood Cres (7 Units) 27-39 Smallwood Cres (7 Units) 41-45 Smallwood Cres (3 Units) 44-58 Smallwood Cres (8 Units) 60-64 Smallwood Cres (3 Units) 63-69 Smallwood Cres (4 Units) 71-81 Smallwood Cres (6 Units) 83-93 Smallwood Cres (6 Units) 95-107 Smallwood Cres (7 Units) 109-115 Smallwood Cres (4 Units) 129-143 Smallwood Cres (8 Units) 145-153 Smallwood Cres (5 Units) 155-161 Smallwood Cres (4 Units) Contract price is to include garbage collection and disposal. Contractor is to pay all tipping fees upon each disposal and submit a seperate invoice at the end of each month for these fees. Contractor will submit tipping slips along with invoice to NL Housing confirming proper disposal of garbage. Duration of the contract is from July 31st, 2024 to July 31st, 2025. This is a 1-year contract with the option to extend for additional 1 year under the same terms and conditions upon mutual agreement.
