Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/07 10:00:00 AM NDT 1 Provide all labour, material, equipment, superintendence, temporary facilities, permits and administration to perform the work outlined below and described in greater detail in the specification and drawings attached herto and forming part of the documents for this project. .2 Contractor to provide NL Housing with a copy of all permits required and Certificates of Inspections prior to release of payments of the contract. .3 All work is to be completed in accordance with all related specifications attached. 4 Contractor responsible to verify all measurements on site and provide NL Housing with shop drawings prior to start of work. All measurements and quantities in scope/drawings as estimated and for bidding purposes only. .5 Contractor to ensure all work is completed in accordance with the current edition of the National Building Code and Electrical Code. .1 Work on this project includes, but is not limited to, two (2) stair lift installations at 111 Smallwood Crescent, Marystown, NL. .2 Unit is a 3 level unit in a row building with two sets of interior stairs. Note: Unit is occupied. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
