Contractor is to pay all tipping fees upon each disposal and submit a seperate invoice at the end of each month for these fees. Contractor will submit tipping slips along with invoice to NL Housing confirming proper disposal of garbage. Duration of the contract is from July 31st, 2024 to July 31st, 2025. This is a 1-year contract with the option to extend for additional 1 year under the same terms and conditions upon mutual agreement. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
