Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Theodore, Saskatchewan. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The project will be divided into two phases: (a) Phase 1: Background Study, Inspection, and Stability Evaluation Phase 1 will include a comprehensive structural site inspection, reviewing existing data, identifying knowledge gaps, and conducting a structural stability analysis of the concrete spillway. (b) Phase 2: Detailed Design of SHM Program Phase 2 will include a design of a SHM program, including instrumentation and identifying monitoring criteria. Phase 3 which includes the field installation of the designed SHM system is not included in the scope of this RFQ. However, WSA may enter into an agreement for Phase 3 deliverables with the successful consultant. WSA makes no guarantee of exclusivity or volume of work to be awarded beyond the scope of this RFQ. Phase 3 would include procuring, installing, and commissioning of instrumentation based on an accepted designed SHM program. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
