Failure to possess the specified license shall render the Bid as non-responsive and shall act as a bar to award of the Contract to any bidder not possessing said license at the time of bid submission This project is a public works project: Contractor shall comply with requirements of California Labor Code 1700 and following, and prevailing wages shall be paid for work performed on this project Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or an approved Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price payable to the City of Lathrop. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond (100%), Payment Bond (100%) and Warranty Bond (10%) of contract price. The scope of work to be performed under this contract is generally described as minor saw-cutting and demolition of asphalt paving and concrete curb, and construction of a concrete industrial driveway.
