Help Lebanon choose sites for EV charger installations. B. Participate in a project kick-off to discuss roles and responsibilities, adjustments to the schedule, and/or any modifications that might be necessary. C. System design and planning for turnkey solution for rapid deployment of EVCS (Level 2 and/or DC fast charging) including all necessary related infrastructure. D. Furnish, install, operate, and possibly own publicly accessible EVCSs and any necessary related infrastructure on City-owned property, with possible City funding for purchase and installation. The vendors responsibilities shall include: 1. Cover all costs associated with maintenance and electricity for the EVCS. 2. The electrical infrastructure will ultimately be owned by the City while the charging infrastructure may be owned by the EVCS vendor or a third party such as Lebanon Community Power. 3. The vendor may establish a service charge and method of payment collection to recoup these costs as well as any operating profit from EVCS users. The vendor also may pursue additional revenue streams to cover its costs, including station sponsorship, advertising, dwell time fees, or others to be evaluated by the city. 4. If the City funds any part of this project, the vendor will negotiate an agreement with the City for land leasing/easements and/or revenue sharing so that the City may recoup its costs over time and potentially derive a revenue stream from the EVCS. 5. Provide proper EV parking signage and reconfiguration of any parking spaces for EV parking. 6. Comply with all permitting, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and parking requirements. The City has a strong preference for at least one EVCS space to be designed for use by disabled drivers.
