Marshall Drive Sidewalk Improvements for the City of St. Robert, Missouri: The project shall include: Construction of ADA accessible sidewalks, crosswalks, utility relocation, and retaining walls. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, and to award the contract on that basis. Each bidder must submit a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of their total bid. The prevailing hourly rate of wages for Pulaski County, as determined by the Industrial Commission of Missouri, will be complied with on this project, and not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages as found by the agencies or Court of Appeals shall be paid to all workmen performing work under this contract.
