Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Saint Robert, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,056-square-foot educational facility.

Nabholz Construction will represent Waynesville R-VI School District as the Construction Manager. The unified bids shall include all work included in the Contract Documents including, but not limited to final cleaning, demolition, concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, finish carpentry, millwork, waterproofing, roofing, doors, glazing, drywall, flooring, painting, lockers, gym equipment, bleachers, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, termite control, landscaping, and site utilities. The project consists of a 9,056 square foot precast concrete ICC 500 FEMA P-361 rated Safe Room to contain a gymnasium area with associated storage, mechanical, and restrooms and a 550 square foot non-FEMA connector. Site work will include the development of the site, sidewalks, and supporting site utilities. Bid bonds are required for subcontractor proposals over $100,000. Payment & Performance Bonds are required for the full contract amount.
