Renovation of a municipal facility in Leavenworth, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide sealed bids for new work identified for construction within the construction documents as a lump sum cost. In accordance with work identified within the construction documents this project will include gymnasium floor replacement & painting of select walls & door frames. Bids received after said time will be returned to Contractor unopened. These Bids will be for the furnishing of labor and materials and performing all the work in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
