Remove and replace existing Interior Make Up Air unit in SVTHS Culinary Arts Dept. Selective demolition and replacement of door and frame into room may be required for installation/removal of unit. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. SCOPE OF WORK A. The work under this Section shall include the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment and supplies and the performance of all operations to provide complete working systems, in general, to include the following items: Indoor Air Handling Units Vibration Isolation Insulation Firestopping Duct Liner Sheet Metal Work Pipe and Fittings Pipe Hangers, Supports, Inserts Sleeves 10. Escutcheon plats 11. Valves 12. Ductwork Accessories 13. Insulation 14. Automatic Temperature Control B. C. Provide any other component or related system (whether or not listed) which is part of the overall design and basic equipment and deemed necessary for its completion, thoroughness and readiness for operation in perfect condition. Furnish, set up and maintain all derricks, hoisting machinery, scaffolds, staging and planking as required for the work. D. Supply the service of an experienced and competent supervisor who shall be in charge of the HVAC Contractors work at the site.
