Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. All bids should be submitted in duplicate. Successful contractors will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company should be authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department and must have an A.M. Best rating of A-5 or higher.
