Reference number: 20006864 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-07-22 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 24 Expected contract duration with options (in months): 36 The MUNICIPALITY OF MILLE-ISLES requests tenders for snow removal and abrasive spreading services on the municipality's public roads for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 seasons, with possible extensions for the 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 seasons. Only bids submitted on the bid documents will be accepted. A price must be indicated for all items appearing on the bid schedule (Appendix 2). The items listed in the bid schedule take into account the optional three (3) additional years and the option of sanding municipal parking lots. The Municipality of Mille-Isles does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, and does so without obligation of any kind to the bidders. The Municipality assumes no liability to the bidder for the submission of its bid. The bidder must demonstrate that it has all operating permits required by the various levels of government.
